Planning Tips

Germany leads in industrial fairs: Hannover Messe, Automechanika, Interpack, Ambiente, and MEDICA are all held in Germany. Dubai is the Middle East's fair hub: Gulfood, ADIPEC, and Big 5 Global. Paris leads in textiles, Milan in furniture.

Plan early! Hotel and flight bookings sell out quickly during fair periods. Be sure to check the Ministry of Trade's fair participation programs for government support. Choose fairs that match your target market to use your budget most effectively.
