SIAL China
SIAL China is the Asian edition of the worldwide SIAL food fair network headquartered in Paris. Launched in 2000, it's Asia's largest food and beverage innovation platform. The 26th edition takes place May 18-20, 2026 at Shanghai NECC, spanning 180,000 m² with 5,000+ producers and 150,000+ professional buyers. Includes 15 sector halls covering meat and dairy, frozen food, beverages, organic, functional food, snacks and confectionery. For Turkish food exporters, it's the most effective event for reaching China's growing middle-class consumers, meeting distributors and positioning premium food category brands.
